MOTRA is being formed as a Political Action Committee to provide the Louisa Community, Virginia and America with a moderate (MIDDLE-OF-THE-ROAD) political perspective and forum.

This Web Site was the idea of Dick Wilz Louisa VA in the hope of bringing together the Louisa Community in a forum where major issues confronting our country can be discussed in a civil manner. We political minded folks are all passionate about our political convictions. That is a strength of America. But we must learn to have reasonable debate about them without the pressures of the "Special Interests" an the sound bite "Sensationalism" of the media driving the tone. It is hoped we can show that reasonable people in their local communities, can discuss diverse issues with a goal of resolving them rather "blaming" the other side or "demonizing" them.
