A major national organization should be founded that will focus on improving relationships between management and labor. Primary goals of this committee would be to develop a balance between maintaining strong worker compensation and benefits while maximizing company profits and keeping the company competitive in the world market place.

Things that could be examined include:

Profit Sharing
Performance based compensation
Cost versus benefit studies
Employee Participation in Company decisions

A quarterly report of the issues studied would be published with recommendations for consideration by private companies.

A process to assign issues to be studied from private companies and labor groups as well
